Chad Tomlinson

Chaplin Director

Chad is a psychotherapist who tries to be a little less "psycho" and a little more "therapist". He believes that God loves to laugh and that a lot of our healing can be found in following that idea because it's easier to be thankful in all circumstances when we're not so serious.

Céline Gauthier

Communications Director

From the eastern part of Ottawa (Orleans), Céline Gauthier started her involvement in the local church as a youth leader and Sunday school teacher. She later worked full-time as a public high school teacher and as a director of a Christian school. From youth pastors, her and her husband eventually pastored a church together.  In 2008, Céline was ordained through CCFCC. For several years, together, the couple participated in an international-level discipleship training school with ministries based in France, Belgium, and Switzerland. Céline is a qualified art high school teacher with studies in pastoral counseling at the master’s level. During the last decade, people struggling with mental health challenges along with missions, have been more and more on Céline's and her husband’s heart.
